Jupyter controls unresponsive

Problem:

You are unable to open a terminal using the Juptyer Notebook Classic interface, or various buttons are unresponsive.

This seems to happen when switching back and forth between containers with different interfaces.

Solution:

Clear your cookies for jupyterhub.
